The PTA of Utpal Shanghvi Global School (an important branch of the Institute) is an effervescent organisation, always on the roll, adding strength and support to the school. Its Executive Committee is elected every year from a group of zealous parents who are actively engaged in the school events throughout the year. These activities provide a base for interaction and enrichment of the entire JPES community. The reservoir of talent in children, staff and parents is tapped during these annual events. The efficiently organised PTA operates through various subcommittees who help to:
Encourage fellowship among parents, teachers and children
Achieve a mutual understanding of goals and problems in educating children
Assist other parents in being parents – the most important job in the world and the one for which there is no training.
Enable other parents and teachers to formally discuss areas of interest.
To assist the school with activities where parent involvement is required.
To plan and ensure the smooth conduct of exciting and fun events to promote harmony and a sense of belonging to the institution.
To support the school Management in development, communication and action of policies, strategies and other activities
To ensure that all USGS parents receive all the relevant information they need.
To provide a channel through which parents can voice their concerns.
The Management of the school supports all their ventures.
