On the morning of 11th July 2021, people across the globe were witnesses to the second edition of TEDxYouth@PPSIJC. With avant-garde speakers like Dr. Sam Pitroda, Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Dr. Graham Ward, and Dr. Manoj Dora talking on this virtual stage, our curious minds were enriched with global perspectives on various paramount issues such as our food economy, mask shortages, and fitness, to name a few. Each and every one of these opportunists shed light on their personal mantra to find a ray of hope even in the darkest of times. The event in itself was a perfect exemplification of the theme for the day, ‘From Crisis to Opportunity’. Amidst the crises of the pandemic, the A Level students surpassed all the technical hurdles surrounding online events and managed this humongous event like pros. Just imagine, how else would 7 such extraordinary speakers, from different walks of life and situated in various corners of the globe have been able to come on the same podium? Truly a feather in the cap of PPSIJC!
