The Corporate Street (the Business Club of PPSIJC) recently conducted its first event of the year 2022-23 , and needless to say , it was an awe-inspiring success!
Kick -O-Preneur , a two- day event, consisted of an enthralling football auction followed by a series of thrilling matches.
The Kick-O-Preneur auction, held on 11th July 2022, was stimulating, informative and absolutely sensational! Team managers and Captains from the A2 learned and displayed business skills of budgeting, rapid decision making and adjusting to an extremely dynamic environment. The inner entrepreneur in each student shone through the way they critically analysed their choice of players. The changing valuations of the players also displayed the changing valuation of assets in a business.
The next step was the superb Football matches held on the 15th of July 2022. The downcast monsoon morning could not dampen the spirits of the charged and confident players who definitely brought their A-game to the pitch! All players worked seamlessly together as a team, managing unforeseen changes in the game with precision while keeping each other motivated. These are two indispensable qualities required by any workforce and every team depicted the true spirit of the game through their sportsmanship and resilience!
The event threw a spotlight on all these budding entrepreneurs and The Corporate Street is now bolstered to have many more business themed events.
