My entire school life at USS has been special in so many ways and has left such a deep impact on my upbringing. I was always inclined towards performing arts, since a very young age. That very quality was identified and fully supported by the teachers and our principal Mrs. Abha Dharampal. There was never any pressure on students to be a certain way and I was always given the freedom and various platforms to fly in the creative world, along with my academics. Participating in multiple competitions and our epic annual day celebrations year after year, gave me the confidence to pursue music as my profession. Whether it was our amazing school auditorium or the Bhaidas Hall, performing on those stages laid a solid foundation for me and prepared me for some of the biggest stages of the world. The memories created in school remain etched in my heart forever and it was truly the best time of my growing up years.
I’ve been a singer / music producer with the composer duo Salim – Sulaiman for the past 10 years. I have had the good fortune of collaborating and singing alongside some of the biggest artists of the country like Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh, Vishal Dadlani, Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, Sukhwinder Singh and many more, on multiple projects over the years. This year I started my journey in the world of independent music with my debut single ‘VIBE’, and more recently with Jonita Gandhi called ‘Gallaan Teriyaan’, which received an amazing response all over!
