The Oxford Big Read Competition expected the students of Level 1 (Grades 1-3) to design a new book jacket for the book they had read. Along with this, they had to write two sentences about the book.
At level 2 (Grade 4-6), the students had to write about an interesting thing they came across in the book they had read. In order to get their cognitive juices running, they also had to add a twist to the story and probably change its path.
Our highly creative students churned freshly curated ideas into their impressive vocabulary and proved their mettle.
