Utpal Shanghvi Global School along with Prabhavati Padamshi soni International Junior College reopened on 22/11/2021 with a big bang. The school authorities were permitted to reopen the school, keeping in mind the rules and protocols as per the Maharashtra Government regulations.
To make the re-opening event a memorable one, the PTA team whole-heartedly participated in making this event a grand success with the help and permission of the management.
The only goal behind this event was to ensure that the students feel happy to be back to school and that their entry should be a grand one. Keeping in mind the kids’ age group from Grade 8 to A level, the theme adjudged for the event was ‘SCI-FI’.
The team proactively poured in their ideas and games were planned according to the theme. Some of the games included Heads-up, Pictionary, Dumbcharades and Karaoke. The relentless members of the PTA worked day and night to arrange games and supervise the decorations that were happening on 20th & 21st.
A blissful “Tree of Joy ” was created for the students to express their feelings about coming back to school after so long. As a token of remembrance, Photo Booths were arranged where students were clicked with a message from school as the backdrop. These pictures were handed over to the students who were present on that day.
This joyous occasion went for 3 consecutive days i.e.,22nd,23rd, 24th.
The staff and teachers were equally excited to see students after so long in the otherwise silent corridors.This run-through went very smoothly with the help of staff and teachers, keeping in mind the government protocols. Overall the re-opening event went very smoothly and successfully.
The PTA is very thankful to the Principal, the Vice-principal, Supervisors, Teachers and other staff in making this event a great success.
