The Invisible Hand is the student-run Economics Club of PPSIJC. The purpose of this club is to encourage expanded thought and alternative ways of thinking about economic issues around the world. We live in exciting times with the rate of change continuously accelerating, and through this club A Level students are given the chance to explore, interpret and question existing narratives. Learning becomes fun when these issues are coupled with day trips, movie days and game days.
By contributing articles and by hosting and participating in varied innovative events such as ‘Being an Economics Bingo,’ ‘Virtual Treasure Hunt,’ ‘Economics Trivia’ and ‘Stock Market Simulation,’ students expand their horizons and prepare themselves better for the real world. The Invisible Hand’s online presence is an exciting forum where interesting articles are uploaded weekly.
