Music is to the soul what words are to the mind. The act of singing songs boosts the linguistic skills of young children as they learn music in different languages. The morning of 15th November was replete with energy and excitement in the EY foyer as our little celebrities got ready to perform in their melodious voices. Harmony, melody, rhythm, name it and they had it all.
It was amazing to watch the EY 3 and 4 learners sing songs in the Hindi language, both fluently and gracefully.
They touched upon our childhood memories by singing songs like Nani teri morni, Re mama re, Ek mota hathi, Hum honge kamyab, Hamara pyara Circus and Tamatar bade majedar. They were dressed in traditional attire and our supervisor Ms. Mehta’s encouraging words boosted their confidence.
